CodiPlay, a gamified educational project for teaching children programming, was created in 2021 by young Kazakhstani developers. In addition to the mobile application, the team has launched CodiKit sets for creating IoT projects based on robotics. To monitor the learning process of schoolchildren, they have developed CodiTeach, a resource for schools and educational centers with online courses for teacher professional development. Today, students from Kazakhstan and South Korea are learning programming through CodiPlay. The future plans include implementing the comprehensive system in Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, the UAE, and Turkey.

White Hill Capital, the managing company overseeing the venture fund Tumar, has invested $500,000 in the Tajikistani startup Zypl.ai.

Zypl.ai claims to be a pioneer in the application of synthetic data for optimizing credit portfolios, specifically in the concept of personalized lending based on customer needs. Their SaaS platform allows financial institutions to scale their credit processes throughout all macrocycles. By utilizing their proprietary synthetic data generator, Zypl.ai provides stable and adaptable artificial intelligence models that are resilient to stress and changing macroeconomic conditions. This addresses a key challenge faced by banks and microfinance companies in emerging markets.
